From Sea to Table
Our seafood paella is a labour of love — hand-selected clams, mussels, and market-fresh vegetables slow-cooked in a rich saffron broth until every grain of rice is infused with the soul of the Mediterranean. Finished on the wood-fired Josper, it carries the subtle smokiness that no other cooking method can replicate.
