Our 200m² professional kitchen — equipped with four RATIONAL ovens, a Josper wood-fired grill, and a fully fitted outdoor kitchen — is where precision meets passion. A creative and surprising menu, crafted from the freshest produce, personalised and adapted to every occasion: breakfast, lunch, private dinner, or team event. With family, friends or colleagues, every moment here is built around food worth sharing.

From Sea to Table

Our seafood paella is a labour of love — hand-selected clams, mussels, and market-fresh vegetables slow-cooked in a rich saffron broth until every grain of rice is infused with the soul of the Mediterranean. Finished on the wood-fired Josper, it carries the subtle smokiness that no other cooking method can replicate.
