Our Story

A Bridge Between Cultures

Inspired by the historic Triana neighborhood of Seville, our restaurant brings the vibrant spirit of Andalusia to the heart of Chefchaouen, Morocco’s Blue Pearl. Here, we celebrate the rich culinary heritage shared between Spain and Morocco, the timeless story of the “Two Shores.”

From locally sourced seafood to organic herbs gathered in the Rif Mountains, every dish reflects a journey of migration, tradition, and Mediterranean flavor.

Over the years, Triana has welcomed travelers, artists, and distinguished guests from around the world, including global personalities such as Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA, who experienced the unique atmosphere of Chefchaouen and its celebrated rooftop dining.

As the sun sets over the blue city, our terrace becomes a meeting point of cultures, where the call to prayer echoes through the mountains and the rhythm of a flamenco guitar fills the evening air.

At Triana, every moment is a celebration of history, hospitality, and the enduring connection between Spain and Morocco.
